Built for players who want more than generic training. Each program targets specific physical and football demands, delivered with structure, intent and high standards. Group sizes are kept small to ensure quality, accountability and measurable development across the term.

Speed & Agility (Mondays 7am & 5pm – Eagle Vale High School)
Football-specific speed and movement training focused on acceleration, change of direction and efficient deceleration. Sessions are designed to improve speed in real game actions, using a blend of track, pitch and gym-based work.
Strength & Conditioning (Thursdays 5pm & Fridays 7pm – Eagle Vale High School)
Individualised strength and conditioning programs targeting strength, speed and power development. Training is progressive, data-informed and supported by sports science testing to track performance outcomes.
Elite Small Group Training (Tuesdays & Fridays – 5pm and 6pm splits, Eagle Vale High School)
High-intensity, competitive small group sessions combining technical execution, decision-making and game realism. Built to raise training standards and accelerate development in a demanding environment.
Striker Training (Wednesdays 5pm – Ambarvale Sports Complex)
Position-specific finishing and movement sessions focused on timing, composure and goal-scoring efficiency. Designed to sharpen decision-making and execution in high-pressure moments inside the box.
1-on-1 Training (Daily – Nott Oval Narellan mornings, Eagle Vale High School afternoons)
Highly individualised development and mentoring tailored to the player’s position, needs and long-term pathway. Sessions focus on detail, consistency and performance progression.
