Although many athletes will get themselves into the gym and complete the standard gym session, this is not the best thing for them. Often uneducated or untrained athletes will complete "bodybuilder" exercises that, whilst they may build muscle, will largely hinder athletic performance and increase injury risk.
Coming from an athletic background, our methods are designed to build strong, durable and efficient athletes that are able to respond to the demands of the world game. Our style of Strength and Conditioning training has been developed as a result of years of experience as both high performance athletes as well as sports science coaches within some of the most elite high performance departments in the country.
